CASCIO, J.,

This case is again before the court on plaintiff’s motion for blood tests. On September 17, 1991, we held a hearing on this motion in an effort to define the precise issues raised and the manner in which to proceed. The plaintiff alleges that he is the father of a child who has now been bom to Gloria Jackson (hereinafter mother). At the time of the child’s birth, mother was living with Duane Jackson (hereinafter presumed father) to whom she is married. This action was filed and the first hearing was held before the child was bom.
