Plaintiff Clevenger initiated this action, ostensibly on behalf of herself and similarly situated others, on July 29, 2002. On December 13, 2004, she filed a second amended complaint in which she asserts eight claims against the Defendants, Dillards, Inc. (“Dillards”); Mercantile Stores Pension Plan (the “Plan”); and Mercantile Stores Pension Committee (the “Committee”).
