Cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court (Rose, J.), entered May 15, 1992 in Broome County, which, inter alia, denied plaintiffs motion for partial summary judgment on the issue of liability and partially granted defendant and third-party plaintiffs cross motion for partial summary judgment dismissing plaintiffs complaint and awarding indemnification against third-party defendant.
