ORDER

MARQUEZ, District Judge.

This matter is before the court on a Motion for Summary Judgment filed by the defendant Westinghouse.

Plaintiff, Tucson Electric, entered into an agreement on April 1977 with defendant Westinghouse for a boresonic inspectioh of a low pressure rotor for an electrical generator. Following the inspection, Westinghouse recommended the replacement of the rotor. Plaintiff ordered the new rotor from defendant at a cost of over one million dollars. Westinghouse provided all of its inspection data to plaintiff in March of 1978. In July of 1982 plaintiff notified defendant…
