OPINION

MARBLEY, District Judge.

Appellants, Alan and Kimberly Alonso, appeal the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Appellee Huron Valley Ambulance on the Alonsos’ employment discrimination claims, contending that the district court applied the wrong standard in evaluating Huron Valley Ambulance’s Grievance Review Board process for fairness. Alternatively, they allege that even if the district court applied the correct standard, it improperly concluded that the process was fair.
