DUBINA, Circuit Judge:

Petitioner, Jim Eric Chandler (“Chandler”), appeals the district court’s order denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus brought under 28 U.S.C. § 2254. After reviewing the entire record in this case and having the benefit of oral argu ment and the parties’ briefs, we affirm the judgment of the district court.
