This is an application by the Commonwealth on the relation of the Attorney General for a writ of prohibition against the Hon. Charles W. Ynngblnt, Judge of the Seventeenth Judicial District.

It appears from the petition that one Chris Whitehead was cited to appear before the judge of the Campbell County Court to answer the charge of contributing to the delinquency of Millie Baier, a female under 18 years of age.
