Affirming.

Section 331e of tbe Kentucky Statutes provides that the county court in each county shall be a juvenile court, and that in counties having cities of the first and second *714class, the county conrt may appoint one probation officer and one or more assistant probation officers, as well as a stenographer, who shall each receive an annual salary, within the limits prescribed by the statutes, to be fixed by the county judge.
