This summary proceeding for the recovery of rented commercial. space was instituted upon a petition made by Joan Maslow Slade as agent of a tenancy in common comprised of herself and four other tenants in common, the present owners of the fee and landlords of the tenant Louis Hornick *457Company, Inc., whose term of two years under a written lease expired on December 31, 1946.
