On December 21,, 1885, Harvey Fiske and Alfrederick S. Hatch recovered a judgment against Henry Y., Attrill and ’William.K. Sputter for $163,695.31, which judgment subsequently became the property of Alfrederick S. Hatch.- The plaintiff became assignee of. the firm for the benefit of creditors. On June 15, 1886, the defendant Collis P. Huntington, recovered a judgment against the same'parties for $100,240.03.
