Plaintiff appeals as of right from a March 4, 1983, Wayne Circuit Court order which dismissed all of plaintiff’s claims with prejudice and granted summary judgment to defendant pursuant to GCR 1963, 117.2(3).

In her complaint, filed on or about August 18, 1976, plaintiff alleged that she was injured in an accident on October 23, 1973, when an automobile driven by defendant collided with plaintiff’s vehicle. Plaintiff claimed that the accident resulted in a serious impairment of a body function.

In her deposition, plaintiff testified that immediately after the accident she lost consciousness…
