Simple stated, Juanita Harris sued Ed Sprouls and John Houser, and in her petition alleges that while she was riding in an auto operated by John Houser and being driven along a public road in Wise County, Texas, and while Houser was attempting to pass a truck belonging to Ed Sprouls, she was injured as a result of the separate negligent…
