In these cases consolidated on appeal, defendants Allstate Insurance Company (Docket No. 219347) and Auto Club Insurance Associ ation (acia) (Docket No. 219401) appeal as of right from judgments in favor of plaintiff SPECT Imaging, Inc. In Docket Nos. 219397 and 219405, plaintiff also appeals as of right from the same judgments. We reverse and remand in all cases.
