[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.] MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON MOTION TO STRIKE The plaintiff moves to strike paragraph 6 of every count of the defendants' counterclaim, paragraph 10 of Count Two of defendants' counterclaim and Counts Two, Five and Six of defendants' counterclaim in their entirety.

At issue is:

1. Whether paragraph six of each count of defendants' counterclaim purports to set forth all the elements of a cause of action of a breach of fiduciary duty;
