FEDERMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.

Vafer Investment Group, L.L.C. (Vafer) appeals from a bankruptcy court order granting the Chapter 7 trustee’s motion to modify the court’s earlier financing order. We affirm in part and reverse in part.

FACTUAL BACKGROUND

On July 16, 2002, petitioning creditors initiated an involuntary bankruptcy petition against debtor Visionaire Corporation (Visionaire). On August 16, 2002, Visio-naire consented to relief and the court converted the case to Chapter 11.
