OPINION OVERRULING OBJECTION TO CONFIRMATION OF CHAPTER 11 PLAN

I.Introduction
This opinion addresses an objection to confirmation of the Debtor’s Chapter 11 plan of reorganization. The objection is made by a post-petition lender that holds a claim against the Debtor for post-petition debt incurred under § 364(c)(1) of the Bankruptcy Code. The issues in this opinion involve the post-petition lender’s rights under that section of the Code as well as its rights under a financing order entered by the Court and its rights to object to confirmation under § 1129…
