The Computer Industry Association [hereinafter referred to as CIA], a nonparty in this government antitrust action, has moved this court by papers dated November 7, 1975 for a protective order regarding documents produced pursuant to a subpoena served by defendant International Business Machines Corporation [hereinafter referred to as IBM].
