Defendant makes an omnibus motion to dismiss the indictment and for various other forms of relief. The indictment charges five concurrent counts of crime arising out of defendant’s alleged offer to give public employment and a sum of money to one Charles Rosen, a potential political foe, to induce him not to enter a primary election against defendant who had been a member of the New York State Assembly for the past seven years and would stand for re-election in the fall of 1976.
