On November 20, 1984, Stacey W. Cotton, as Trustee in Bankruptcy for All American of Ashburn, Inc. (“Trustee”), commenced the above-referenced adversary proceeding to collect accounts receivable. The complaint seeks recovery of pre-petition receivables in the amount of $33,885.62 plus interest from September 17, 1983, and post-petition receivables in the amount of $347.98 plus interest from October 5, 1983.
