SAND, Justice.
The plaintiff, Wendell Young, appealed from a judgment denying his claim for monetary damages and injunctive relief, or in the alternative for an order requiring the defendants 1 to provide a suitable outlet for water cast and confined upon Young’s land as a result of the defendants’ actions in discharging drainage water onto his land and obstructing and interfering with the natural flow of water.
