On May 22, 1997, this Court heard arguments on the Motion for Order Granting Final Decree and Closing Chapter 11 Cases (the “Motion”) filed by Corporate Business Products, Inc. and Authorized Distribution Center, Inc. (“Reorganized Debtors”) and the United States Trustee’s (“U.S. Trustee”) objection. The U.S. Trustee contended Reorganized Debtors owe unpaid posteonfirmation quarterly fees to the U.S. Trustee pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1930(a)(6).
