This matter is before the Court by way of an Order to Show Cause Why a Report of Substantial Consummation and Application for Final Decree should not be filed by Roy Stanley, Inc. (“Debtor”), dated March 19, 1997. The Assistant United States Trustee, Guy A. Van Baalen, Esq.
