Plaintiffs Raymond and Mary Dunham (“Plaintiffs”), Jeremy Dunham’s surviving parents, bring this action against Expro Americas, Inc. (“Expro”), Diamond Offshore Management Company, and Diamond Offshore (USA), Inc. (the Diamond Defendants will be collectively referred to as “Diamond”) alleging that Defendants’ negligence was responsible for the tragic death of their son, Jeremy Webster Dun-ham.
