OPINION
{¶ 1} Anthony Ninotti, the only remaining plaintiff in this case, appeals from a judgment of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, which granted Kenneth Klein's motion in limine and granted judgment to Klein on Ninotti's defamation claim. For the following reasons, the judgment will be affirmed.
{¶ 2} This case is before us for the second time, following our remand in Griffis v. Klein, Montgomery App. No. 19740, 2005-Ohio-3699("Griffis I "). In our prior opinion, we set forth the underlying facts as follows:
