JOHNSON, J.:

¶ 1 In this case, we determine whether a plaintiff suffering from multiple medical ailments, including asbestosis, can establish his right to relief based on his asbestos-related disease where his symptoms including shortness of breath, are equally consistent with both asbestosis and his other ailments.
