THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Defendant the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Bernalillo’s Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs’ Claims Against Bernalillo County Metropolitan Detention Center, filed January 3, 2014 (Doc. 48)(“MTD”).
