Plaintiff Gidatex, S.r.L. (“Gidatex”) filed a Complaint on December 30, 1997, alleging violations of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1114(1) and 1125(a), common law trademark infringement and common law unfair competition. Plaintiff now moves to enjoin defendants Campaniello Imports, Ltd., Cam-paniello Imports of Florida, Ltd., and Cam-paniello Enterprises, Inc.
