Sutton v. Valois

Sharon M. Sutton appeals from a judgment in the Probate and Family Court ruling that she has no interest in certain real estate owned as a tenant in common with Charles *259Valois and requiring that she repay Valois funds she obtained from him during the parties’ relationship. We affirm.
