Plaintiff Romella Arnold, an employee of the United States Department of the Inte rior (“DOI”), brings this action against the Secretary of the DOI 1 alleging race, sex, and age discrimination, retaliation, and hostile work environment, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 633a.
