Plaintift claimed compensation under the Workmen's Compensation Law (Rev. Code 1919, § 9436 et seq., as amended). 'Certain compensation was allowed by a two to one award by the Industrial Board, whic[i was affirmed by the commissioner on a petition for review. Thereafter an appeal was taken ■to the circuit court which sustained and affirmed the award made toy the commissioner. This appeal is from, the judgment rendered in the circuit court.
