I. INTRODUCTION

This matter comes before the Court on Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment (doc. 27). Plaintiff Beth Ann Meekison filed this action against Defendants George Voino-vich, Reginald Wilkinson, and the Ohio Department of Rehabilitations and Corrections (“ODRC”) alleging violations of her rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq., and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq.
