The plaintiff, who is the respondent, and a resident of Hanford, in Kings County, was a passenger on the fifteenth day of February, 1929, in an automobile operated by her son, Homer C. Tyner, and in a collision, which occurred in the neighborhood of Sanger, in Fresno County, with a car driven by defendant and appellant, suffered severe injuries.
