In the respondent court in an action entitled “Peggy Thies, Administratrix of the Estate of Willis B. Adkisson, Jr., deceased, Plaintiff, v. Earnhart Thran, Administrator of the Estate of Robert W. Zimmerman, deceased, H. A. Zimmerman and Estate of Bertie A.
