MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
HENRY J. BOROFF, Bankruptcy Judge.
Before the Court for determination is a “Motion to Reconsider a Decision” (the “Reconsideration Motion”), a “Motion to Stay the Execution of a Lien Pending Appeal” with respect to a certain lien held by Jeffrey Cernick, and a “Motion to Stay the Execution of a Lien Pending Appeal” with respect to a certain lien held by Rolling Hills Condominium Trust (the “Trust”) (collectively the “Stay Motions”) filed by Eugena Spear (the “Debtor”).
