The records in these cases are identical, except in names. They are all three complaints by the same plaintiffs in error of the dismissal of appeals from orders in probate of.the county court of Douglas county, allowing certain claims against the estate of Anthony J. Drexel, deceased. The orders of allowance were entered September 19, 1898. October 3, an order was entered in each case allowing an appeal, and fixing amount of appeal bond at $15,000.
