This is a proceeding in error seeking to reverse a judgment of the district court for Saline county, and was *109argued and submitted with the two following cases, Ourtis W. Ribble against Laura A. Ames, and the same plaintiff in error against Mary Hopldnson; and, the questions involved being identical the decision in this case will govern the other two.
