Venetta Johnson, individually and as special administrator of the estate of Charles Johnson, filed a multicount complaint against numerous defendants asserting that Charles had contracted lung cancer from exposure to their asbestos-containing products. The trial court granted summary judgment to all defendants on the question of whether Charles’ death was caused by exposure to asbestos.
