In this appeal, this Court examines whether the job removal protections outlined in Section 10-1089(c) of the Public School Code of 1949 (the “Code”), 24 P.S. § 1-101 et seq.,1 which governs school “business administrators,” apply where a business administrator, who worked without a written contract of employment for a number of years, is informed by the school *174district that his employment is being terminated at the end of the fiscal year.
