This case turns on the interpretation of a settlement agreement governing the distribution of funds following the sale of certain mineral leases. After the sale of the leases, appellant Saba Zi Exploration, L.P., a party to the settlement agreement, filed an interpleader action regarding the proceeds, and appellees Lane Vaughn, Terry Selland, and Fort Peck Oil & Gas, L.L.C.
