In one issue, appellant Ken Hoagland challenges the trial court’s order granting the special appearance filed by appellees Bill Butcher, Kari Butcher, and Butcher & Butcher. 1 This is the second appeal in this case. In the first appeal, the trial court granted the appellees’ special appearance and dismissed the case. We concluded appellees did not negate every basis for jurisdiction, reversed the trial court’s order dismissing the case, and remanded the case for further proceedings. Hoagland v.
