HARVEY BROWN, Justice.
The trial court rendered judgment terminating the parental rights of M.R., the biological mother of T.G.R.-M., and appointing the Department of Family and Protective Services as the sole managing conservator of T.G.R.-M. The mother appeals, contending that the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support (1) the termination of her parental rights under three statutory grounds found in section 161.001(1) of the Family Code and (2) the finding that the termination of her parental rights is in the best interest of the child.
