WALTHABU, Justice.

This is a personal injury case. The case arose out of a collision in the city of Dallas, Tex., between an automobile driven by appellant and a street car owned and operated by the appellee. Appellant sued to recover damages for personal injuries resulting to him and to his automobile growing out of such collision, assigning specific acts of negligence on the part of appellee as proximately causing said injuries and damages.
