This is a securities fraud class action under Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 78j and 78t(a), and Rule 10b-5, 17 C.F.R. § 240.10b-5, brought on behalf of all persons who purchased or acquired common stock in IMAX Corporation (“IMAX” or “the Company”) on the NASDAQ between February 27, 2003 and July 27, 2007 (“the Class Period”).1 Plaintiffs allege that the defendants, IMAX, Richard L.
