This securities action is a consolidation of four eases involving claims for violations of Sections 11, 12(a)(2), and 15 of the Securities Act of 1933 (the “1933 Act”), 15 U.S.C. §§ 77k, 77i(a)(2), 77o, in connection with defendants’ sale of mortgage pass-through certificates by means of documents that allegedly contained untrue statements and material omissions.
