James M. Neill (landowner) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County (trial court) which sustained the preliminary objections of Mary C. Eberle, Charles H. Hoeflieh, Robert A. Holland, Ralph Ketterer, A. Warren Kuly, Jr., Barbara Thomas, and Kenneth Wasser (collectively appellees) to the landowner’s claims of abuse of process and wrongful use of civil proceedings. 1 We affirm.
