OPINION

CANTRELL, Judge.

The appellant seeks a reversal of an order of the Juvenile Court of Rutherford County which ordered him to pay $30.00 per week for support of the minor child of the appel-lee. Appellant had been adjudged the father of the minor child by an order of the Juvenile Court on October 10, 1969.

In August of 1969 plaintiff-appellee, Shirley Lee Wilson, filed a petition in the Juvenile Court of Rutherford County to establish that the defendant-appellant Bowman was the father of appellee’s minor child.
