Petitioner, Carrie Ann Cuccia, brought this action under the Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act (URESA) against respondent Salvatore G. Cuccia. •The petition was filed in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana and was forwarded to the Circuit Court of Davidson County, the residence of respondent, for a hearing under the statute. Following a hearing, the trial court entered judgment in favor of petitioner for the amount of arrearage plus interest due as of the date of trial.
