OPINION

DAVIE L. WILSON, Justice.

Appellants, Eurocapital Group Ltd. and Neftetech International, petitioned the district court for vacation of an arbitration award in favor of appellees, Goldman Sachs & Company, William Miller, Michael Dawson, James Milligan, and Jerome Wat-tenberg. 1 Appellees answered and filed a motion for summary judgment. The district court granted the motion, dismissing all claims against appellees. We affirm.
