This proceeding was a petition addressed to the Chief Justice and Associate Justices of the Supreme Court for a writ of mandamus to compel the clerk of that court to transmit to the clerk of the Court of Civil Appeals for the First Supreme Judicial Distriet a certified copy of the order of the Supreme Court refusing a writ of error in the case of the Missouri, Kansas & Texas ¡Railway Company against Olive Hines.
