This action for a declaratory judgment was brought in the Superior Court by Samuel Gereboff and Ralph Northrup, both certified public accountants, against three insurance companies. The plaintiffs seek a declaration that the professional liability insurance policy issued by each defendant covers them for alleged accounting malpractice that occurred in 1968.
